We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover for all domestic USA and international orders. Please note that all orders placed by customers living in Connecticut are subject to applicable state sales taxes. All recipients of orders from Barkitwear® are expected to comply with all federal, state and local tax laws. Shipping & Delivery
All domestic USA and international orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and come with a tracking number. Individual product orders ship out within 7-10 business days, while subscription product orders ship out each month pursuant to your plan's billing schedule. In the event your order will be shipped later than anticipated, we will contact you to advise on expected turnaround times.
Privacy & Security
At Barkitwear®, your privacy is of paramount concern to us. Our SSL-integrated shopping cart allows you to shop securely without ever leaving our site, and we never share our customers information with other organizations.
Returns & Exchanges
Please notify us by e-mail at email@example.com to request a return, exchange, or refund for any of our individual product or subscription product items within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you are requesting an exchange for a different size, you must remeasure your dog and e-mail us your dog’s four size chart measurements. Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable, all return & exchange shipping costs for domestic and international orders are the customer’s responsibility, and all shipping charges are non-refundable. All items must be in original condition with labels intact to qualify for a return or exchange. We do not accept soiled or used merchandise for return or exchange, and we also advise that customers include a tracking number with their return & exchange package. To expedite your exchange request, please place a new order on our website for the product you want to exchange for, and we will credit your original order upon receipt of the unsoiled item as long as all other requirements stated in this paragraph are satisfied.
At Barkitwear®, it is very easy to view or track your orders! By setting up an account with us, you can view a summary of your order history, as well as track your current packages by using your U.S. Postal Service tracking number.
Managing Your Subscriptions
At Barkitwear®, it is also very easy to view and manage your subscriptions! By setting up an account with us, you can view a summary of your subscriptions, track your current packages by using your U.S. Postal Service tracking number, and cancel subscriptions if needed. If you are canceling your subscription within your period plan, you will not be billed for future billing cycles within your subscription. However, any payments already billed during your subscription period prior to the date of your cancellation, and any products you were billed for prior to your cancellation date will be delivered to you.
